Biography
Dr. P. Sivakumar, has completed his M.E. in Structural Engineering and Ph. D. from Anna University, Chennai. He is a Chief Scientist in CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre, Chennai. He has 31 years of research experience and published more than 30 journal papers, 60 conference papers and filed 3 patents. He is an editorial board member of Journal of Structural Engineering and Management. He visited Stanford University and Florida Atlantic University, USA under UNDP Fellowship. His research interest includes Sustainable Construction Technologies for Societal Development, Prefabricated Buildings, Structural Optimization, Genetic Algorithms, Lattice Towers, Artificial Intelligence, CAD, Finite Element Method and Repair and Rehabilitation of Concrete Structures.
